Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to the Vibe Shot Club website, community, creator spaces, learning content, creative tools, and related services operated by VESCEND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (collectively, “VSC” or the “Services”). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is legally required, we request it separately. Third-party websites, models, and platforms are governed by their own privacy practices.

We collect information only to the extent needed to provide, operate, and protect the Services.

• Account and profile data, including account identifiers, email, sign-in method, username, avatar, language, biography, social links, membership, and community level.
• Community and creator content, including works, images, prompts, articles, courses, comments, tags, votes, favorites, and related metadata that you publish, upload, or interact with.
• Creative-tool data, including images, video, text, prompts, parameters, outputs, and task records that you choose to submit.
• Transaction data, including purchased content, amount, currency, order, payment, refund, and dispute status, plus transaction identifiers and limited payment-method information supplied by our payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, device and browser type, access time, feature events, errors, security events, cookies, local storage, and limited diagnostics.
• Communications, including support emails, reports, feedback, refund requests, and related correspondence.

Information may be provided by you, generated when you use the Services, or supplied through sign-in, payment, storage, AI, and other third-party services you choose.

• When you publish, purchase, comment, generate, upload, download, save, or share, we process the information needed to complete that action.
• Information obtained through third-party sign-in or authorization is limited to the scope shown in that flow.
• We may automatically record necessary access and task events for account security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract, provide requested features, pursue legitimate interests, comply with legal obligations, or act on your consent.

• Create and manage accounts, profiles, membership benefits, community levels, favorites, history, and notifications.
• Provide community publishing, moderation, creative tools, learning access, purchase fulfillment, and support.
• Verify transactions, unlock digital content, and handle refunds, disputes, tax, and accounting records.
• Detect fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security events, maintain reliability, and improve the experience.
• Send necessary account, transaction, security, and policy notices, plus communications you choose to receive.

When you invoke image generation, processing, analysis, or another AI feature, we transmit the material, prompts, and parameters needed to complete your request to the relevant technology provider. Different features may use different models and processing routes.

• VSC does not sell your creative material or use private content to train VSC-owned general-purpose AI models without separate, explicit consent.
• Third-party model providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit content you are not entitled to process or sensitive information unnecessary for the selected feature.
• AI output is probabilistic. We may retain necessary task records for delivery, retries, billing reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Public profiles, works, articles, courses, comments, and interactions may be viewed, shared, or indexed by anyone. Before publishing, make sure the content is suitable for public access and does not contain private contact details, identity documents, payment information, or another person's sensitive information.

After deletion, cached copies, references, copies saved by others, or records required by law may not disappear immediately.

We do not sell personal information or use User Content for third-party targeted advertising. We disclose information only as necessary to providers acting for us.

• Infrastructure and storage providers supporting databases, cloud storage, content delivery, logs, security, and hosting.
• Payments: Stripe processes payment credentials directly. We receive limited records needed to complete transactions, deliver access, handle refunds, and meet financial obligations.
• AI and media processing providers, only when you actively invoke the corresponding feature.
• Legal and safety disclosures needed to comply with law, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, or protect VSC, users, and the public.
• Corporate transactions such as financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued appropriate protection.

VSC serves users in different locations, so information may be processed or stored outside your region. Where required, we use contractual terms, access controls, risk assessments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature, purpose, risk, and legal requirements of the information.

• You may delete certain information through product controls or contact us to request account deletion and removal of information unavailable through those controls.
• After deletion, information may remain in backups for a limited period until overwritten through normal cycles.
• Records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or legal requests may be retained after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy or data portability, and complain to a regulator.

• Manage certain information and preferences through account controls or email support@vescend.com to make a request.
• We may verify your identity and may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, excessive, or adversely affect another person's rights where permitted.
• We do not discriminate in a manner prohibited by law because you exercised a privacy right.

We use safeguards proportionate to the nature and risk of information, including encryption in transit, access controls, permission separation, and security monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should protect your credentials.

The Services are not directed to children below the age at which they may independently consent to data processing in their location. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will receive additional reasonable notice.
